Welcome to Bizz18.com. By accessing or using our platform Bizz18.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before listing or purchasing a business through our platform.

Overview of Services

Bizz18.com is an online marketplace designed to connect buyers and sellers of businesses, including but not limited to retail stores, restaurants, e-commerce stores, and other commercial operations within the community.

Bizz18.com acts solely as an advertising venue and platform for communication. Bizz18.com is not a business broker, financial advisor, or legal representative, and does not participate in or guarantee any transaction between buyers and sellers.

Business Listings & Fees

  • Listing Fee: Sellers are required to pay a one-time fee of $249 per business listing.

  • Listing Duration: Each paid listing will remain active on Bizz18.com for a period of ninety (90) consecutive days from the date of publishing.

  • Non-Refundable: All listing fees ($249) are non-refundable once the listing has been created and published on the platform, regardless of whether the business is sold, removed early, or unlisted by the user.

  • Expiration & Renewal: After 90 days, listings will automatically expire and be unlisted from public view unless renewed for an additional listing fee.

Seller Obligations & Accuracy of Information

  • Truthful Representation: Sellers warrant that all information provided in their business listing (including financial figures, revenues, physical assets, operational details, contact details, and lease terms) is accurate, current, and not misleading.

  • Ownership & Authority: Sellers guarantee that they have full legal authority and rights to offer the advertised business or assets for sale.

  • Public Contact Authorization: By providing a phone number and email address, sellers authorize Bizz18.com to display the phone number publicly on the listing and provide buyers with direct email access (including revealing the seller's email address upon interaction).

  • Prohibited Content: Bizz18.com reserves the right to edit, decline, or remove any listing that contains fraudulent information, unlawful material, or content that violates our standards without a refund.

Buyer Responsibility & Due Diligence

  • Independent Verification: Buyers acknowledge and agree that Bizz18.com does not verify, audit, or guarantee the accuracy or legitimacy of any business listing, valuation, or financial claim made on the Site.

  • Due Diligence: Buyers are solely responsible for conducting their own financial, legal, tax, and operational due diligence before entering into any transaction or sending any deposits or payments to sellers.

  • Professional Advice: Buyers and sellers are strongly advised to consult with qualified attorneys, certified public accountants (CPAs), and financial advisors prior to executing any sale or transfer agreement.

Inquiries & Communications

  • Contact options on Bizz18.com listings enable prospective buyers to view seller phone numbers, copy the seller's email address, or open a pre-addressed email window that CCs bizz18platform@gmail.com.

  • Bizz18.com is not responsible for unanswered emails or calls, technical delivery failures of external email providers, misdirected inquiries, negotiations, or disputes arising from direct contact between buyers and sellers on the platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Bizz18.com and its owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Site, reliance on listing content, or any transactions between buyers and sellers.

  • Bizz18.com assumes no liability for failed transactions, loss of revenue, misrepresentation by sellers, or breach of contract between parties on the platform.

Intellectual Property

All platform branding, design elements, logos, and website code associated with Bizz18.com are the exclusive property of Bizz18.com. Users retain ownership of the photos and descriptions submitted in their listings but grant Bizz18.com a non-exclusive license to display and market that content on the platform and social media channels.

Changes to Terms

Bizz18.com reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
