When using our direct email feature, your message is drafted using a mail link pre-populated to include Bizz18 (bizz18platform@gmail.com) as a carbon copy (CC) recipient to ensure inquiry delivery and assist with lead routing.

  • Payment Information: Listing fees ($249) are processed through secure third-party payment gateways (such as Wix Payments, Stripe, or PayPal). Bizz18 does not store credit card or bank account details on our servers.

  • Technical & Usage Data: Like most websites, we automatically collect basic analytics data, including IP address, browser type, referring pages, and device information to optimize site performance.

  • Publish and display your business listings and public contact options on Bizz18.com.

  • Facilitate direct, unmediated communication between prospective buyers and sellers.

  • Email Marketing & Updates: When you contact a seller or create an account, you may be added to our Bizz18.com email list to receive new business listings, market updates, and platform announcements. You can opt out or unsubscribe at any time using the link provided at the bottom of our emails.

  • Verify listing details during our manual review process (24–48 hours).

  • Process secure payment transactions for listing fees.

  • Send site updates, listing expiration notices, and administrative communications.

  • Maintain security, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms and Conditions.

Disclosure & Sharing of Information

  • Public Seller Contact Details: By submitting a listing, sellers consent to displaying their phone number (if provided) and enabling buyers to launch direct email inquiries or reveal their raw email address on the listing page.

  • Email Inquiries & CC Routing: When a buyer clicks the "Email Seller" button, the resulting email inquiry is addressed to the seller and carbon-copied (CC'd) to bizz18platform@gmail.com to maintain platform record-keeping and assist with inquiry delivery.

  • Public Listings: Business details, photos, and descriptions submitted for public display will be visible to site visitors. We advise sellers not to include sensitive personal or highly confidential information directly in public listing descriptions.

  • Third-Party Service Providers: We share necessary data with trusted service providers who help operate our platform (e.g., website hosting through Wix, email marketing software, payment processors, and transactional email services).

  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
